Matt Lauer is slamming reports that he has split from his wife Annette, and he calls the rumors that he has cheated on her "ridiculous."
The "Today" show host tells People.com: "I am living in my apartment with Annette and my children as a family and a couple. I have never moved out. I am not moving out. There is no truth to that."
The couple briefly split up in 2006 when Annette filed for divorce, but they soon reunited.
Matt added: "Have we had a completely perfect, easy marriage? No. But the stories you've read over the years are not true.
"I don't think we're any different than any married couple that's been together for 12 years. The accusations [of infidelity] are ridiculous and I'm not going to [dignify] them with an answer. It's not true."
Meanwhile, Annette says "Out of self respect, I want to stand up for our family and protect them."
She adds that although she and her husband have weathered some tough times together in the past, "We have worked through it."

There's a rumor that Matt Lauer was cheating with Whitney Houston's half-sister, Alexis Houston.
Whitney's rep said, "The allegations regarding Ms. Houston and Mr. Lauer are false. If they have met at the Today Show, in the past, that would be the extent of their interaction. However, Ms Houston has never had any sort of relationship with Mr. Lauer and does not even recall meeting him."

Kate Hudson is ticked off (pissed) that Cameron Diaz is dating her ex Alex Rodriquez.
A source says Hudson believes that Diaz hooking up with A-Rod is a form of retaliation after Hudson hooked up with Justin Timberlake in January 2007-- just two days after the couple of four years split.

Rumor has it that it's almost a done deal and that every member ever in the group will all hit the stage for one last performance after Kelly Rowland releases her next album.
Beyonce is also allegedly still working on the best "mature" song and sound for the group to perform.
