'HEROES' STAR ADRIAN PASDAR ARRESTED ON DUI CHARGE

"Heroes" actor Adrian Pasdar was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles after he was clocked going 90 miles per hour and swerving all over a freeway.

Cops said they smelled alcohol on Pasdar and gave him a field sobriety test. He then refused a breathalyzer and was arrested for DUI.

Pasdar played Senator Nathan Petrelli on “Heroes”.... and is the husband of Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines.

Brooke Mueller's stepfather confirmed that she is in a treatment center, saying "she is recognizing that she needs help and she can't do it on her own."

Jon Fiore told RadarOnline.com that his stepdaughter Brooke is receiving treatment at Two Dreams Outer Banks in North Carolina.

He said, "She is there. But it's a recovery place, and it is in a resort setting and the picture I'd like to paint more is that she's seeking help she wants to, she's dealing with this.

"This is a lot to deal with and I commend her for finally, you know, she couldn't go back to the house, what is she going to do? With all the problems and the stress? She's getting help and her mother is with her.

"I commend her for that. The positiveness of this is that she is recognizing that she needs help and she can't do it on her own."

BRITTANY MURPHY'S HUSBAND TO SUE STUDIO FOR WRONGFUL DEATH

Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack is planning to sue Warner Brothers for her 'wrongful death'.

Two weeks before she died, the studio fired her from the sequel to the animated smash Happy Feet.

Her hubby says, "She was devastated.. They killed her."

Murphy's cause of death hasn't been released by the L.A. coroner's office -- but Monjack and the actress' mother, Sharon Murphy, believe that she suffered a heart attack as a direct result of her cancelled contract.

He wants the world to know, he wasn't a freeloader. Monjack said, "I spent over a million on her engagement rings...And probably $3 million on clothes.

The reality star later handed over the two pooches. The dogs will be flown to New York, where Johnson's family lives, after a visit to the vet.

Talking to reporters outside her home, Tequila says she agreed to let Hilton and Phillips leave with the dogs when they promised her they would not be put down.
