CHRIS BROWN BEGINS HIS COMMUNITY LABOR SENTENCE


Chris Brown started his community labor sentence yesterday in Virginia.
Chris wore a reflective vest and a red cap and was cleaning the grounds in and around a police horse stable. It's all part of his six-month sentence.
Before going to do his job, Chris went on Twitter and wrote: "On my way to community service."
Chris' sentence will also include graffiti removal, washing cars, and cleaning and maintaining other grounds.

PINK IS BLACK-AND-BLUE WITH SHOULDER INJURY
Pink has a separated shoulder.
She's not sure exactly when it happened – probably during a rehearsal.
Pink wasn't able to do the aerial parts of her trapeze-heavy show in Seattle on Tuesday night.

Despite her injury, she decided not to cancel any of her upcoming concert dates.

Megan Fox admits that she used to cut herself.
In a new interview with Rolling Stone, she admitted it, but didn’t want to “elaborate” and would never call herself a cutter.
And when asked if she ever had a eating disorder she remained silent then said “If I did talk about it, I’d be taking on a role-model status, and I’d have to choose my words very carefully, and I’d have to make sure I reveal it in a specific way, and I don’t want to do it.”
She also talked about her low-self esteem and said she has a really bad temper.

AUDRINA'S ALLEGED STALKER IN THE SLAMMER
The man who stalked reality TV star Audrina Patridge is now in jail on unrelated charges.
The 24-year-old man would show up at Patridge’s home in Los Angeles-- once, he had a picture of a strangled woman.
She then got a restraining order against him.
But the man was jailed on Tuesday in Sonoma, California on outstanding charges of vandalism and disturbing the peace.
"GOSSIP GIRL" STAR JOANNA GARCIA FINDS HER OWN YANKEE
Yankees outfielder Nick Swisher and "Gossip Girl" star Joanna Garcia seem to be getting serious.
The NY Post reports the pair was looking lovey-dovey at the QVC Style Party and fashion show the other night at Bryant Park. A guest said, "She didn't leave his side all night. Joanna was introducing Nick to everybody and saying how great he is."
Swisher is the latest Yankee to fall for an actress: Alex Rodriguez has Kate Hudson, and Derek Jeter is dating Minka Kelly.

Life & Style reports that Lindsay Lohan has been taking care of her younger sister... even taking her to nightclubs.
One witness who was at L.A.'s Crown bar said, “Lindsay didn’t coddle her (Ali) or anything. They partied until after 1 a.m., and she treated Ali as if she were just one of her friends at the club with her."

And another witness added, “Both of them were smoking like chimneys and dancing around.”

That led to some serious hot-tub smooching.
She says on their first night together, Gosselin told her: "Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you."
Santoro says they made their way to the hot tub where she was afraid "one of the kids was going to pop their heads out, but he told me to relax."
After the kids were safely asleep, they went to his apartment over the garage where Santoro said "we continued what was going on in the hot tub."

Meantime, Stephanie Santoro's mom, Marci Santoro tells RadarOnline.com that Jon not only enjoyed a sexual relationship with his kids' nanny, but told her not to worry about getting pregnant because he had gotten a vasectomy!

But the woman's mom said: "‘Stephanie you don't need to get pregnant' and she told me ‘Mom you don't have to worry about that, he told me he after the sextuplets were born he'd had a vasectomy so I didn't need to worry about that.'"

Advance tickets sales for the sequel vampire romance "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" are going so well that online tickers are starting to report sellouts of the earliest showtimes at many locations.
Nine weeks prior to the film's Nov. 20 release, MovieTickets is reporting more than a dozen "New Moon" performances as complete sellouts.
A Fandango spokesman said "New Moon" represents 57% of its recent ticket sales, with sellouts at 50 locations.
By comparison, the coming weekend's anticipated No. 1 pic -- "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" -- is the next most popular choice of purchasers at 9% of all Fandango sales.
GAEL GARCIA BERNAL TO ROMANCE A-ROD'S LADY
Gael Garcia Bernal is in negotiations to join Kate Hudson in the romance flick "Earthbound."
It follows a terminally ill woman who falls for her doctor.
Bernal starred in "Y tu mama tambien," and "Motorcycle Diaries"). He also stars in "Letters to Juliet" with Amanda Seyfried.
Kate Hudson's next pic to be released is the musical "Nine," debuting Nov. 25.
JOSH LUCAS JOINS KAT HEIGL IN CHICK FLICK
Josh Lucas has joined the cast of the romance flick "Life as We Know It" alongside Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel and Christina Hendricks.
It follows two unattached adults whose worlds are turned upside down when their mutual best friends die in an accident, and name them as caregivers of their orphaned daughter.
BEYONCE SUED BY ABERCROMBIE & FITCH OVER HER NEW PERFUME
Abercrombie & Fitch is suing Beyonce because they feel her new fragrance breaks trademark laws.
Abercrombie is claiming that B's "Sasha Fierce" perfume has a resemblance to the store's "Fierce" brand.
The store said that the confusion could cause the store to lose control of the trademark it has used since 2002 and to lose money as well.
Beyonce's perfume is set to go on sale in early 2010.

MTV VMA'S HAD WINNERS... AND A LOSER IN KANYE

Rapper Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift's acceptance speech for Best Female Video at MTV's "2009 Video Music Awards," because he felt that Beyonce's music video should have won the moon man.

Kanye grabbed the mic from the Swift and said, "Taylor, I'm really happy for you, and I'm gonna let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time".

The crowd began to boo West.

Taylor Swift didn't finish her speech, but the crowd applauded her anyway. She later performed "You Belong to Me" in a subway station.

Beyonce' To The Rescue!
While accepting the Moonman for video of the year, Beyoncé Knowles invited Taylor Swift onto the stage so she could finish her speech, which West interrupted when she beat out Knowles on the night's first category.

Beyonce said, "This is amazing. I remember being 17-years-old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny’s Child and it was one of the most exciting moments of my life, so I would like for Taylor to come out and have her moment."

Taylor Swift came out and said, "Maybe we can try this again." She continued, thanking "all my fans on Twitter and MySpace and everyone who came out to my shows this summer."

Swift later told reporters, "It was so wonderful and gracious of her. She's always been a great person and I thought I couldn't love Beyoncé more and tonight happened and it was just wonderful."

MJ TRIBUTE
Madonna gave a speech about her relationship with Michael Jackson. She also spoke about the negative publicity that dogged him in his later years.

Madonna said, "Sometimes, we have to lose things before we can truly appreciate them".

"Yes, Michael Jackson was a human being, but yes, he was a king. Long live the king."

The musical tribute began afterward, as Jackson clones dressed in some of his signature outfits recreated his famous dance moves from videos like "Bad," "Smooth Criminal" and "Thriller."

Then, as his duet with Janet, "Scream", appeared on a large screen, his sister came out to recreate the moves from their only video together. Afterward, she looked up (to heaven), and bowed.

Reality TV starlet Audrina Patridge wants a restraining order against a fan who showed up at her door with a stash of disturbing poems, letters, drawings and postcards.

"The Hills" hottie claims she the man (Zachory Loring) showed up on her front porch last month and handed her a sketch of a woman being strangled... among other items.

Audrina says the man is a threat to her life and she wants him kept away from her.

Her brother Mark is also requesting protection from the fan.

Audrina claims her neighbours spotted the man on her property when she was not at home.

Surveillance tape footage suggested he spent seven hours outside her home, muttering to himself. He returned another day, wearing a suit and tie. The police were called and he was arrested.

The Los Angeles Police Department's threat management unit is investigating the case.

Hunky Chace Crawford and model Bar Rafaeli are said to be becoming more than just friends.
The "Gossip Girl" star and the Sports Illustrated model were spotted sharing an intimate moment while partying Friday night at New York hotspot 1Oak.
Crawford and Rafaeli were "dancing on each other, swaying their hips together from side to side" while Jay-Z's new hit song, "Run This Town," was playing.
A spy says, "At one point, Bar reached down and grabbed Chace's backside. They were very affectionate with each other. Bar and Chace have been spending a lot of time together since Bar is town and attending NY Fashion Week events."
Crawford was most recently caught making out with "Twilight" cutie Ashley Greene in Los Angeles.

Tom Brady says his wife Gisele Bundchen is due in December.
In an interview on ESPN’s “SportsCenter” the New England Patriots quarterback confirmed for the first time that the couple is expecting their first baby.

Colin Farrell is having another baby.

'PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 4' GETS OFFICIAL TITLE [2009-09-14 01:00:00]
The fourth "Pirates" flick from Disney will be titled Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.
The film is due out in summer 2011, with Johnny Depp returning as Captain Jack Sparrow.
The first three Pirates hits were titled Curse of the Black Pearl, Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s End.
As previously reported, Depp will also play Tonto in an upcoming big-screen adaptation of "The Lone Ranger."
TAYLOR SWIFT MTV-VMA DRAMA IN OUR TV TAKES SECTION [2009-09-14 01:00:00]
Taylor Swift performed last night (after the drama on stage with Kanye West) at the MTV Video Music Awards.
And she plans to add six previously unreleased tracks to an expanded version of her Fearless album set to arrive on Oct. 27.
Swift's television schedule also includes her first appearance on ABC's "The View" tomorrow (Tuesday). She'll be interviewed and perform two songs during the telecast.
The Fearless Platinum Edition is a CD/DVD package containing new music and video extras, including her "Thug Story" collaboration with T-Pain that premiered earlier this year on the CMT Music Awards.

It features behind-the-scenes videos from her current tour and photos taken by her brother, Austin K. Swift. The new audio tracks are "Jump Then Fall," "Untouchable," "Come in With the Rain," "SuperStar," "The Other Side of the Door" and a piano version of "Forever & Always."

Chris Brown Speaks! Miley a home wrecker?

Chris Brown told Larry King that he doesn't remember beating Rihanna but that he still loves his former girlfriend.
He said: "I never fell out of love with her. That just wouldn't go away."
He also told Larry that he is still in shock about his actions. The interview airs tomorrow on CNN.
Chris said: "When I look at it now, it's just like, wow, like, I can't believe that that actually happened."
Chris pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to five years of probation, a year of domestic violence counseling and six months of community labor. He will serve his sentence in his home state of Virginia.
Chris Brown Now Says He DOES Remember Hitting Rihanna
After reports came out that Chris Brown didn't remember hitting Rihanna the night he attacked her, he released a statement to clear things up.
Chris said: "There have been reports on the Internet that I didn't remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight. That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like four or five times and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said."
"The first four times or however many times it was, I gave the same answer, which was that I didn't think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn't fair to Rihanna. The fifth time or whatever it was I just misspoke. I was asked, 'Do you remember doing it?' and I said, 'No.'"
"Of course I remember what happened. Several times during the interview, my mother said that I came to her right afterwards and told her everything. But it was and still is a blur. And yes, I still can't believe it happened because it is not me or who I am, nor is what happened like anything I have ever done before."
"As I have said several times previously, I am ashamed of and sorry for what happened that night and I wish I could relive that moment and change things, but I can't. I take full responsibility for my actions. What I have to do now is to prove to the world that this was an isolated incident and that is not who I am, and I intend to do so by my behavior now and in the future."

The Sun reported on Monday morning that Culkin donated sperm to create Blanket.

She's taking them to court for libel, religious discrimination, and emotional distress.
Carrie Prejean was fired from her role as Miss California USA after her answer at the Miss USA pageant regarding same-sex marriage. The Miss California officials said her termination was because of a violation of contract. Carrie says that isn't true, and wants to clear her name.
Her attorney said she was fired and publicy attacked purely because of her religious beliefs.

With rumors that Miley Cyrus is hooking up with her co-star, Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth, his girlfriend at home is said to be heartbroken.
Miss Laura Griffin saw her actor boyfriend of five years passionately kissing the teenage starlet on the set of "The Last Song", and she thought he was only doing his job.

Later on, the 19-year-old student found out from friends that Liam was dating Miley.

Laura tells Woman's Day, "He was my boyfriend and my best friend. There is no other reason why we would have broken up."
Since she found out her boyfriend had dumped her for Miley, Laura admitted on her Facebook site that she's suffering "depression of some sort", and that she has "tears streaming".

Meanwhile, Miley recently wrote on Twitter, "Against all odds I fell in love.

Paris Hilton has gotten the go-ahead to pursue her lawsuit against Hallmark Cards over its use of her picture and catchphrase "That's hot" on a greeting card.
Hilton claims that Hallmark violated her privacy and right of publicity by ripping off a scene from her reality TV show "The Simple Life" on a birthday card captioned "Paris's First Day as a Waitress."

A three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals didn't buy Hallmark's argument that its depiction of the Hilton Hotels heiress was protected speech as a matter of law.

It sent the case back to a lower court, which had turned aside Hilton's claim of trademark infringement but rejected other Hallmark defenses.
