(THIS WEEK).... CHARLIE SHEEN AND BROOKE MUELLER NOT SEEKING A DIVORCE

Reps say Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller are NOT looking into getting a divorce.

Online reports said the couple was getting a divorce and even reached a financial agreement.

Mueller’s attorney and “Two and a Half Men” executive producer, Mark Burg released a joint statement that says the couple is not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated.

They add that the couple is trying to work it out.

MORE DIRT: Yes, They Are!

Sources say Charlie Sheen had his manager Mark Burg and Brooke's lawyer Yale Galanter deny that he and Brooke have agreed to divorce.

RadarOnline.com reports the divorce is definite. In fact, Brooke has moved out of the family home and has no plans to return.

Apparently, Sheen's manager did NOT know that the actor took his new female pal, Angelina Tracy, to the manager's guesthouse! And he didn't know that Sheen and Brooke partied there right before Brooke went into rehab.

SO...... not only is the divorce ON and the financial settlement beyond the prenuptial agreement ready to be formalized, but all parties hope to keep this under wraps until Sheen's criminal trial in Colorado is over, and he officially signs his new contract for Two and a Half Men.

A source very close to Brooke told RadarOnline.com: "She wanted more money but she's happy with what she can get. She's moved out and will never move back in. They've both been miserable in the marriage almost since the start. But they need to spin things right now because of the trial and the TV show.

"The reality is there for everyone to see. Both Charlie and Brooke relapsed. Both went back to rehab. Charlie was caught with another woman. Brooke moved out.

"And she's told everyone close to her the marriage is definitely over and they've agreed it's over."

NAOMI CAMPBELL CRIES... TO OPRAH [2010-05-04 01:00:00]

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is infamous for her violent attacks on housekeepers, assistants, police officers and camera persons.

And she told Oprah Winfrey, "I take responsibility for the things that I have done, and I do feel a great sense of shame."

Naomi says she feels guilty, soon after her outbursts. She tells Oprah, "I feel remorseful. I feel ashamed. I feel for them...[I think,] 'What have I done to them?' If I've hurt them."

Campbell doesn't write off the tantrums as typical "diva" behavior. She says, "I think it comes from a deeper place than that. It comes from another type of emotional disorder, because it's not just, 'I don't get what I want. I throw...It comes from, I think, an abandonment issue... just trying to build up a family around me that's not my immediate family. And if I feel a mistrust, then I really just...all my cards go down."

Campbell's mom, Valerie Morris, had Naomi when she was just 19 years old, and left her young daughter in the care of others as she traveled in the hopes of becoming a ballerina, and to build a better life for her child.

Naomi's mother feels that she "abandoned her."

A tearful Campbell says on the show, "of course I understand the sacrifice she had to make."

KE$HA TELLS HER HATERS: "F--- THE CYNICS"...PLUS MORE AWESOME QUOTES FROM HER ROLLING STONE INTERVIEW [2010-05-04 01:00:00]

Ke$ha recently spoke out about her haters, which include bloggers who called her "Saturday Night Live" performance the "worst ever" musical moment on the "SNL" set. Not only that, Perez Hilton has called her live performances "horrid." And there's also the grief she's getting for letting her hit single "Tik Tok" be featured on the opening of Sunday night's episode of "The Simpsons,"

Ke$ha said: "I actually don't read anything, because I feel like the haters really like to hate out loud, and that people who love sometimes love quietly. So I don't really listen or look at anything. But in general, f--- the cynics. Go be cynical. I'm having a good time. Who would you rather hang out with: that cynical dude or me with my laser beams?"

As for Perez Hilton, she said: "I don't really know what he thinks, but you've got to live your life. I don't care. I mean, do you care if I like your shirt? I mean, I do like it, but what if I didn't? Would you change it? Probably not. And you shouldn't."

When it's all said and done Ke$ha just wants to have fun and enjoy life. She said: "One of the main things I wanted to do with this record, in this climate of the planet, right now, is just have 'f----off' fun. I'm not pretentious, I'm not a bitch, I'm just having fun. It's pop music, and hopefully, people that like the music are embracing that mentality, that, like there are things to be taken seriously, but me trying to get people to have so much fun, I don't feel like I need to be pretentious about it."
