Matt Lauer and his wife of 12 years, Annette Lauer, have called it quits.
The National Enquirer reports she accuses the 'Today' Show host of cheating, and Matt has moved out of the family home.
According to a Today show insider, the couple has been living apart for two months, and Annette hasn't been wearing her wedding ring.
The Enquirer claims, Annette accused Matt of cheating during the Today Show's on-site coverage of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Colombia, back in February.
Matt stood Annette up for Valentine's Day, choosing instead to stay in Vancouver, where a source says Matt was often spotted boozing and flirting with women - in particular two pretty Canadian broadcasters.
(To add fuel to the fire Matt decided to stay behind in Canada after the Today Show crew returned to New York at the end of the Olympics.)
Lauer denied cheating, insisting the women were just friends, but after two non-stop days of fighting, he finally moved out.
(BTW: This isn't the first time Matt Lauer has allegedly cheated. Two years after their 1998 wedding, Annette reportedly realized that Matt had carried on a secret affair with a married woman just months before their wedding! In 2006, while pregnant with their their third child, Annette filed for divorce, feeling she could no longer trust her husband, but withdrew the divorce petition after one month.)

Seems, he was hanging out late at a racy London burlesque bar.
Sources say they had a massive blow-up as they reshot a scene for "Eclipse," the third installment of the "Twilight" series. It was at an Indian reservation near Vancouver along with co-star Taylor Lautner.
A witness told the NY Post, "Kristen asked for a reshoot because she didn't like her wig in the scene. Robert turned up later on the set.
"When Robert arrived, he and Kristen started fighting. She accused him of taking a later flight from London because he had been hanging out too late at a burlesque bar.
"She accused him right in front of the director and the crew. He didn't take it well. They were both so angry, the crew had to take a break for an hour for things to simmer down."
The lovebirds have since made up, and were all smiles earlier this week for an appearance on Oprah.
Meanwhile, "Twilight: Eclipse" director David Slade denied he'd had a serious argument with Pattinson over claims the actor turned up late to do the rush "pick-up" shots filmed in Vancouver earlier this month. Slade wrote on Twitter, "last 3 weeks have gone fantastic, pick up shoot felt more like a reunion. Rob, Kristen, Taylor the crew & I gave 110 per cent. Onwards!"

The actor pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism and the battery charge was dropped.

Jerry Seinfeld is going to donate all the proceeds from one of his Nashville shows to help flood victims in the city and throughout Tennessee.
The proceeds from tomorrow's (Friday's) show at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center will be split between the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
Seinfeld is one of dozens of stars and organizations who have offered help after storms caused widespread flooding in Tennessee. Thousands of homes were damaged or destroyed and more than 34 people died across three states, including 22 in Tennessee.
A telethon featuring Brad Paisley and Lady Antebellum will be held Sunday night on the cable network GAC. A local telethon the week after the floods hosted by Vince Gill raised more than $1.7 million.
Taylor Swift has donated $500,000 to relief organizations and will continue to help raise funds by appearing in "Nashville Rising," a June 22 benefit concert hosted by Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. The lineup includes Carrie Underwood, Miley Cyrus, Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride and many others.
Ke$ha, a Nashville-area native, has a benefit concert planned for June 16.

Paparazzi snapped Gwen recently and she seemed to have a fuller figure, along with a possible baby bump.
She has also been seen with a Sea-Band bracelet, which is usually associated with expectant mothers. It helps relieve morning sickness.
A source told OK! magazine: "Gwen is having a really rough time this pregnancy. She had all-day morning sickness for a while with Zuma, but she's sicker this go-round and has been feeling exhausted and dizzy."
Gwen's spokesman had no comment.
