Bret Michaels is thinking about marrying his longtime girlfriend after surviving a brain hemorrhage last month.
He said: "As painful as this experience has been, I was given a second chance, right? I don't want to sit around every night worrying this is going to happen again. What I want to do is make a positive bucket list and say, 'I'm just gonna go for it.'"
"There's just so much more I want to do and experience. Getting married is something I have never done. Kristi's such a great person. We'll see if that happens. But yes, that may be one of the big things on the list."
"My first goal is to get back to 100 per cent. I want to continue to rock the world, and I want to continue to love my family and be a good father."
Bret dated Kristi Gibson from 1994 to 2005, but they reunited after he couldn't find a woman on the VH1 reality show Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. They have two daughters: Raine, nine, and Jorja, five.

Charlie Sheen has surrendered legal custody of the two kids he had with Denise Richards.
Sources say Charlie and Denise signed a written agreement in which Denise now has full legal custody of 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola.
Up to now Charlie and Denise had joint legal custody.

The “Jersey Shore” girls were involved in yet another bar fight.
Jenni and Snooki were allowed into the VIP section of a club in Miami but Snooki had an issue with another girl who wanted to join them.
Snooki then started swinging at the girl and then grabbed her neck and kept calling her a whore.
Security came over and broke up the fight.

The ex-hubby of socialite-turned-reality star Kim Kardashian is calling her a "fame whore"... just two weeks after leaked court documents showed the couple's marriage was full of abuse and jealousy.
Music producer Damon Thomas disputes Kardashian's claims in the divorce papers and now he has gone on the attack.
In the upcoming issue of In Touch magazine, he says his ex "can't write or sing or dance, so she does harmful things in order to validate herself in the media. That's a fame whore to me. It's just not cool at all."
In the divorce papers, Kardashian alleged she was beaten by her ex shortly after they eloped in 2000.
Kardashian also claims Thomas demanded to know her every move: "If Damon were not home, I was required to call him and ask permission to leave the house. He said that he wanted to know where I was at all times."
They divorced Kardashian in 2003, and he's is telling his side of the story.
Thomas says, "Kim is obsessed with fame. She's jealous and competitive with her sisters."
And of her abuse claims, he says, "It's just absolutely not true". He says she accused him of abuse in order to get "a lot of money" out of him.
Thomas adds he filed for divorce first - because Kardashian was allegedly cheating on him with "multiple guys." Kardashian has denied that.
The music producer says he and Kardashian briefly reconciled, but he decided enough was enough when he saw photos of her on a date with Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Cris Judd.
He recalls, "I saw my wife with another man, wearing the clothes that we had just bought... It was not something as a husband you ever wanted to see."
