THE DRAMA THAT IS... LINDSAY LOHAN:... PROSECUTOR SAYS SHE SHOULD DO TIME [2010-05-20 01:00:00]
The prosecutor in the Lindsay Lohan DUI probation case thinks she's violated her probation and should be sent to jail.
He believes the judge made it clear during the last hearing either Lohan proves she's in full compliance with the terms of probation or she goes to jail.
And since she has not attended all of her alcohol-ed classes and has not attended all of the classes in 7 day intervals, as the judge required the prosecutor believes she violated the probation.

Lindsay Lohan will not be in court later today (Thursday) because she claims she is stuck in France.
She claims someone stole her passport in Cannes... and she went to the airport on Tuesday trying to get on a flight without a passport, but was denied boarding.
The judge in the case says if the actress doesn’t show up for court she will issue a warrant for her arrest.
MEANTIME: Lindsay's mom, Dina Lohan, defenders her daughter, saying "Lindsay had every intention of making her court hearing..."
Dina says she's not worried. Lindsay "will be in court, whether it's on Friday or Monday. She has, like, two alcohol classes left and she plans to make them up next week."

Tiger Woods’ wife Elin’s car was burglarized in the driveway of her home.
She came out of her house Wednesday morning and found a door to her Cadillac Escalade open.
At least five other cars in the gated community were also burglarized.
A source said having a stranger enter the vehicle that close to the house freaked out Elin,
The custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry is heating up.
The couple split up months ago and had been to a lawyer to work out financial and custody issues.
They have joint custody but in the past few weeks it has been difficult for Gabriel to spend time with daughter Nahla.
And with the actress spending three months shooting a movie in South Africa, Gabriel is now considering his legal options to fight for permanent custody.
Oprah Winfrey had Bret Michaels on her show yesterday.... and he told her about what it felt like to have a brain hemorrhage.
He said: "It sounded like a small handgun went off in the back of my head. It felt like a pop. They call it a thunderclap. It's like a migraine times 10. It ran from my temple down to the back of my skull. I knew something was wrong. I overheard the doctor telling my girlfriend, 'If you have children, you should bring them to the hospital now."
Bret also wiped away tears when his 9 year old daughter, Raine, told Oprah what was going through her head when her dad was rushed to the hospital.
She said: "The scariest part was just like thinking, my dad could die tonight. All these memories flashed. To think that my dad wouldn't be growing up with me, that my dad wouldn't be walking down the aisle."
Bret said that while he was in the hospital, he asked God to keep him alive so he could be a father to Raine and her 5 year old sister, Jorja.
He said: "I was doing a lot of asking at that point. 'I know I've done a lot of rotten things, I'm asking for a break here. If you can cut me a break this time, I promise I'll be better in the future.'"
Bret also decided to wear his bandana in the hospital. He told Oprah: "I said, 'If I'm going out, I want to go out rockin.' Some form of a bandana or cape, if I could go out right. Not in that hospital gown."
As for how he's doing now, Bret said: "I have a little bit of trouble. My neck is very stiff. The headaches are still there. Each day it gets better. I'm so happy to be talking to you, to be alive. To have such great family around me, such great friends."
Bret also told Oprah he hopes to appear on the season finale of NBC's "Celebrity Apprentice," next week. He's competing for the title and a $250,000 prize for his charity, the American Diabetes Association.

Bret Michaels didn't looked quite like himself during his appearance on "Oprah," but there's an explanation.
A rep for Bret said: "There is a slight, noticeable drooping on one side of Bret's face. This is a result of the hemorrhage and possibly exacerbated by some of the medications he is on. Will it go away? We are hopeful that with further rehabilitation it will eventually go away."
“Cougar Town” costars Courteney Cox and Brian Van Holt have been spotted out together four times in less than four weeks.
And Courteney's husband, David Arquette, was nowhere in sight during the four dates.
The two were spotted together at a restaurant, and one witness said they looked like they were holding hands at the side of their table.
And another witness said the two kissed each other goodbye.

The Jonas Brothers announced they are planning a new group album for 2011, but don't hold them to that.
Nick Jonas said: "As far as the next Jonas Brothers album, I think we're working on what that's going to sound like, just taking our time and trying to make something great, no matter what that sounds like. Hopefully 2011 is the timeline, but we're not sure just yet, and we're in no rush. We're writing a lot of music but in no rush to release an album in any time period."
Kevin Jonas said: "Will Nick Jonas and the Administration have an effect? Potentially. Nick went on a musical journey with that album Joe and I supported, and we're so proud of that project. His influences and things he put into that may come out in new Jonas Brothers songs. We're taking that journey right now, allowing it to take as much time as is needed for it."
For now, new music from the brothers will be featured on the soundtrack to the Disney Channel movie "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam." That drops August 10th. There will also be a soundtrack for the "JONAS L.A." Disney Channel series. That drops July 20th.

Slash talked about the experience of working with Rihanna on her song, "Rockstar 101".
He said: "I met Rihanna at a Black Eyed Peas Charity Benefit and she asked me if I would be interested in doing a song with her. But we never really worked in the studio together, it was very new school type of recording session. She sent me her files and I put in my guitar stuff and that's it."
CHRISTINA AGUILERA & EMINEM TO APPEAR ON THE SAME SHOW...???
A BBC talk show, hosted by Jonathan Ross, will include Christina Aguilera and Eminem on June 4th!
Ross is joined tennis star Andy Roddick, actor/hip-hop icon LL Cool J, and 'chat and music' from Christina Aguilera.
Plus a music performance from Eminem.
If you recall, Eminem and Christina have a bit of history. In 1999, in an MTV episode called "What a Girl Wants" Christina spoke out against Eminem's song that glorified violence against women. Eminem heard about this and wrote a diss song about Christina (and lots of other stars including Britney Spears).
This "feud" went on for several years until during a backstage meeting at the 2002 Video Music Awards, Christina and Eminem had a chat where Eminem apologized for the diss song and Christina hugged him.
This appearance on Jonathan Ross will be the first time the two are seen together in public.
ADAM LAMBERT HUNG OUT WITH ELLEN...TALKED "IDOL", MUSIC AND MORE
Ellen DeGeneres had Adam Lambert on her talk show and asked him about his "American Idol" experience.
He said: "I felt a little pressure toward the finale. But to be honest, and now, going into my career, this is a lot more work than that was. I look back on it and I'm like, wow, things were almost easier then."
