There is new raunchy video on the market featuring Miley Cyrus.
The video was taken about seven months ago at a wrap party for “The Last Song” and features the teen star and movie producer Adam Shankman.
In the clip Cyrus and Shankman are dancing and grinding up against each other.
Miley then seductively opens the top layer of her shirt teasing Shankman.
In a second clip to the video, Cyrus is seen giving Shankman a lap dance while children under the age of 10 sit less than five feet away.
Shankman is an openly gay man. Still, sources say that the dancing was “very inappropriate” and they're worried that Miley is “heading down the same path as Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.”
NO CAM-DO.... WATCH A-ROD ON TV, NOT IN THE SEATS [2010-05-12 01:00:00]
Word has it... we won't be seeing Cameron Diaz sitting in the Yankees Stadium box seats.
Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez doesn't want the actress to sit in the stands during his games, much like what ex Kate Hudson did during their relationship.
A source tells the NY Daily News, "He doesn't want what happened to him and Kate to happen between him and Cameron. Kate was at every New York game and then some and even went to Alex's game practice. Things got too clingy too fast."
A-Rod ended their six-month relationshio in December. He began dating Diaz after a flirty night out in February during Super Bowl weekend in Miami.
Since then, they've have kept a low profile. However, Diaz was spotted sneaking out of A-Rod's Manhattan apartment on the morning of May 2.

Though one insider says Rudolph isn't "fully committed" to being Lindsay's manager, another source says, "If Rudolph feels Lindsay is ready, he's on board."
ALSO: Lindsay Lohan went to Us to deny that she and Avril Lavigne got into a fight the other night. Lindsay says, "That is not true."

Katy Perry will drop her new album, "Teenage Dream", on August 24th.
Katy also talked about her first single, "California Gurls," and explained why she chose to write it.
She said: "Everybody was holding their drinks in the air and dancing to Jay-Z's New York song and I thought, 'We're not in New York, we're in Los Angeles! What about California? What about all the homies, the gin and juice, the swaying palm trees, the sun-kissed skin 24-7?' I decided that we needed to make a response. I want people to want to book a ticket to California the first time they hear it!"
