Taylor Swift might have some questions to answer after she was snapped at a party hanging out with some dude wearing a t-shirt with a swastika painted on it.
Taylor was at Katy Perry's 25th birthday over the weekend.
Guests had been told to wear all white and by the time the party was over, they left covered in neon paint and that's apparently how the swastika got on the idiot's shirt.
The picture shows Taylor wearing a white dress with "JH" painted on the front with her arm wrapped around an unknown dude in his swastika shirt.
It was posted on a website by someone who claims to be the guy in the picture. He also said he's Taylor's new boyfriend.
The post said: "Taylor Swift and I are officially dating."
But a rep for Taylor told TMZ that Taylor took pictures with about 100 people that night and she doesn't know who the guy is and she didn't realize what was on his shirt.

Nick Jonas finally explained why he chose to record a solo album without his brothers Kevin and Joe.
Nick said: "About six months ago, the three of us had a two-week break from touring, and we all decided to go and do something that was on our hearts. Joe went on a trip to Australia and New Zealand. Kevin spent some time with his fiancé. I decided to go and make a side-project with four musicians that I had met and worked with before."
"I would say the album is 'heart and soul', because the music that I make is from my heart, and the lyrics I write are from my soul. My brothers and I couldn't be more excited to have these amazing opportunities as a group, and as individuals. We are already planning another world tour as the Jonas Brothers next summer, and it is all thanks to our amazing fans."
Nick's band is called Nick Jonas & The Administration and their debut set is due out in early 2010.
