Jon Gosselin has complied with a court order to return $230,000 to a joint bank account he shares with estranged wife Kate.

Jon appeared in Montgomery County court in Pennsylvania on Monday but Kate was a no-show.

Jon’s lawyer criticized Kate for not showing up and says all they need is Kate’s participation and for her to stop crying on TV.

And Jon says he is "optimistic" about the proceedings and added that Kate still has not explained how she spent $33,000 in cash withdrawals from their joint funds.

The manager confirms that full-frontal shots are planned for the shoot -- and that Bristol Palin's ex isn't nervous about exposing himself.

Johnston himself told Usmagazine.com: "I just get naked. That's what I do."

Lady Gaga treated her father to a new heart with the advance for her new album.

Gaga tweeted the news to her fans that dad, Joseph, had undergone open-heart surgery.

In a radio interview with 104.7 KISS FM in Phoenix (Johnjay & Rich), Gaga said, "It was pretty necessary... It was the biggest nightmare of my life. My father is my whole world; I'm such a daddy's girl.

"I said, 'I haven't bought anything yet with any of the money that I've made from my new album... so let me buy you a new heart, dad.' And he said, 'OK, fine.'"

"I took care of my mom and my sister and I took care of me, and he's gonna be out in a couple of days... Now I feel like I can get back to work.

"For a while I was feeling like I just wanted to give up. This really kinda put things in perspective... When this happened I really just kinda said, 'I don't wanna do anything for the next two weeks; I just wanna be with my dad and be a good daughter.'"

Appearing on another radio show ( Kidd Kraddick in the Morning), Lady GaGa said, “Family is everything to me.”

She says she told her dad, ‘If you don’t have this surgery, I’ll quit music and take care of my mom and sister. I can’t go on without you and you have to do it.’”

Chris Brown went on Twitter and posted a link to a video montage of he and Rihanna in better times. The link was titled: "IM SORRY YALL. JUST HAD TO POST IT."

He then seemed to apologize for what he did, writing: "FOR THE FELLAS: showing emotion doesn't make u weak. BEING HONEST MAKES U STRONG." he wrote on his page today.

The video features R. Kelly's "The Way We Used to Be" in the background and shows Chris and Rihanna hugging, sharing kisses and performing together on stage.
