“So You Think You Can Dance judge” Mary Murphy says she was in a nine-year abusive relationship during which she was repeatedly raped and beaten and suffered a miscarriage.

She says her ex-husband raped her for the first time three months after they wed.

She also says he proposed to another woman during one of his trips to the Middle East where his family was from.

The man says that her claims are “flat-out lies.”

The prenup negotiations between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are almost over and it looks like the L.A. Laker is going to get his way.

Sources say Lamar won't budge an inch and his income will stay his separate property.

Lamar is willing to give Khloe a yearly chunk of money and will pay for all the couple's expenses by funding their joint account.

Sources say Khloe will give in because she wants to get married to Lamar and thinks she can change Lamar over time and believes the deal will eventually become fair.

Once the prenup is signed, the couple will make the marriage legal.

SUDDENLY, JON GOSSELIN ADMITS TO TAKING $155K FROM JOINT ACCOUNT [2009-10-15 01:00:00]

Reality TV dad Jon Gosselin is finally admitting to ripping off funds from his and Kate's joint bank account.

Kate had accused Jon of taking more than $230,000, and Tuesday in a Pennsylvania court a judge ordered Jon to pay back $180,000 by their next court date of October 26th.

Yesterday, in an interview with ET's Diane Dimond Gosselin fesses up to yanking out $155,000, but still insists that he did nothing wrong, and also claims he only did what Kate herself did.

And when it comes to how much he claims Kate has taken?

Jon says, "It's unaccounted for. So by Friday, we'll know her complete accounting, which might reduce my accounting, so I don't know what's going on."

Britney Spears topped a new poll to find the best celebrity mom.

Even though she lost custody of her two sons for a while, after her public meltdown in 2008, but the pop tart received a mammoth 74 per cent of the vote in a new British poll (by U.K. Company Park Christmas Saving).

In second place was Christina Aguilera, who pulled in 12 per cent of the votes, while mother-of-six Angelina Jolie was in third.

Police arrested a man after he punched Leona Lewis at a book signing in London.

Police were called to Waterstones book store at Piccadilly, London, but Leona didn't need treatment.

She had been signing autographs for about 90 minutes when a guy came up and punched her on the side of the head.

Witnesses saw Leona running out with her hand over her eye and the man on the floor. Security was all over him and he was just laughing. (He waited in line for 5 hours.)

In a statement, the Waterstones said: "There was an incident at our Leona Lewis signing this afternoon and the event was immediately stopped. We are now doing everything we can to support the police."

Leona was at the store to sign copies of her new autobiography, "Dreams", which is due to be released next month.

Leona's spokesman said: "The police were called immediately and medical attention has been sought. Leona's understandably badly shaken and apologizes to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings for."

Leona's album, "Echo", drops next month.

AVRIL LAVIGNE FILES FOR DIVORCE...AND SHE'S ALREADY SEEING ANOTHER MAN! [2009-10-15 01:00:00]

Avril Lavigne filed for divorce and asked the court to deny spousal support to Deryck Whibley.

Avril cited the standard reason of irreconcilable differences and said that their property rights are to be determined.

Avril and 29-year-old Deryck were married for three years. They announced their separation last month

LADY GAGA ANNOUNCES NEW TOUR! [2009-10-15 01:00:00]

Lady Gaga announced plans for her next North American tour, entitled "The Monster Ball."

The tour will begin on November 27 in Montreal, and will wind up on January 21, 2010 in Gaga's hometown, New York City. Kid Cudi will be the supporting act for the entire tour.

BRITNEY SPEARS WILL HAVE ANOTHER NO. 1 SINGLE TODAY [2009-10-15 01:00:00]

Britney Spears will become the first artist in over three years to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with her new single, "3".

The track is featured on her album, "The Singles Collection," which drops November 24th.

"3" is the first title to debut at No. 1 since Taylor Hicks' "Do I Make You Proud" did in 2006. In fact, the last four songs to open at No. 1 were all "American Idol"-related. Carrie Underwood's "Inside Your Heaven" (2005), "I Believe" by Fantasia (2004) and Clay Aiken's "This Is The Night".

The last non-"Idol" song to open at No. 1 was Lauryn Hill's "Doo Wop (That Thing)" in 1998.

"3" is Spears' third Hot 100 No. 1.

"...Baby One More Time" spent two weeks at No. 1 in 1999 and "Womanizer" spent a week at the top a year ago this week.
