TIGER WOODS DIVORCE IS "100 PERCENT ON"

Tiger Woods and his wife are headed to divorce court.

A source close to Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren says a "divorce is 100 percent on.”

The source adds that Nordegren "is not rushing to divorce, however. She's going to take her sweet time. She wants all the dirty laundry to be out on the table before she signs anything."

TAYLOR SWIFT NAMED BEST-MANNERED CELEBRITY

Taylor Swift is such a nice girl... so says, the National League of Junior Cotillions.

The group has named Swift to the top of its list of the best-mannered celebrities.

The group praises Swift "for consistently showing courtesy to her fans."

Tiger Woods was named the most ill-mannered.

A model has come forward and says he might be the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s baby.

Kardashian claims that boyfriend Scott Disick is the father. But a 23-year-old model and aspiring rapper, who goes by the stage name of Premo Stallone says he could be the dad.

A close friend to the reality star says the two hooked up twice while she and Scott were on the outs and he's definitely been mentioned as a possibility for being the father of her baby.

JONAS BROTHERS, TAYLOR SWIFT AND MILEY CYRUS AMONG THE ARTISTS NAMED THE MOST CHARITABLE ACTS OF 2009

Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers spent a good amount of 2009 giving back by working with charities. That's why they made CharityFolks.com's list of the 10 biggest charitable acts.

The Jonas Brothers raised $300,000 for their Change for the Children Foundation in 2009 Folks. They also work with Bayer Diabetes Care to help spread awareness about the condition.

Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Dave Matthews, Bette Midler, Larry David, Alec Baldwin, and Bruce Springsteen also made the list, but it was the Grateful Dead who gave back the most in 2009. The band raised $400,000 for charity and even gave away tickets for their spring tour.

Taylor Swift recently donated $250,000 to schools that she's either gone to or worked with around the country. The money will be used to pay teachers, buy books, and create educational programs.
