Lindsay Lohan’s father took the first step towards establishing a conservatorship over his daughter.

Michael Lohan told Lindsay that he would go to court to establish a conservatorship unless she agreed to meet with him. She didn't.

The actress refused to sit down with her father --YET-- asked him in a text message if he would help her patch things up with a club that banned her after she threw a glass at ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson.

Michael went to Lindsay’s apartment for the first time last week, alongside the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, to check on his younger daughter Ali’s welfare. Sixteen-year-old Ali is staying with her sister Lindsay.

Michael has claimed Lindsay is addicted to prescription drugs. The actress is also reportedly $600,000 in debt and was recently dropped from her role in the film "The Other Side.

Doctors are planning more on Bret Michaels to help them find out why he had a brain hemorrhage. The Poison frontman and reality TV star is still in intensive care.

Doctors are expected to make a statement this week.

A statement on Bret's website said: "Please remember Bret is, and always has been, a fighter and survivor and is under the best medical care possible."

Bret Michaels Was In Excruciating Pain

A source told People.com that Bret Michaels was in excruciating pain just before he went to the emergency room for his brain hemorrhage.

The source said that Bret's headache was so bad, he felt like he was "getting hit in the head with a baseball bat over and over again."

Doctors call that a "thunderclap headache" because of its intensity and suddenness of pain. Those kinds of headaches are a tell-tale symptom of the kind of brain hemorrhage that Bret had.

On August 20th, Rihanna be on Good Morning America's "Concert Series" in Central Park in New York. Her fansite, Rihanna-Diva, confirmed that Rihanna will allegedly premiere a brand new song from her new album that's due out later this year.

This is strictly a rumor. The only thing that's for sure is that Rihanna will be performing at the concert series.

Producer Rico Love also said that he did some "amazing, highly energetic records" for Rihanna's upcoming project. He said: "The tone of the music that I did for Rihanna is extremely sexy, amazingly sexy, aggressive, unapologetic. She's one of the sexiest women in the world, so I wanted to make sure we did a record to showcase that".
