SHOWBIZ SPOTLIGHT Tori Spelling Gives Birth
Actress Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott welcomed their second child together, daughter Stella Doreen McDermott.
The baby was delivered via C-section yesterday afternoon at LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19 and 3/4 inches long.
The family of four also includes 15-month-old Liam Aaron McDermott. Dean also has a son from a previous marriage.

Court Rejects Britney's Conservatorship Appeal
A court rejected the latest appeal filed on behalf of Britney Spears to have her conservatorship overturned.
A California appellate court ruled in Los Angeles that the motion was not filed with correct procedures and therefore the appeal was denied. 26-year-old Britney is seeking to have a court reverse the current conservatorship of her father, James Spears.
Paris Hilton was sawed in half by Las Vegas magician Nathan Burton at The Mirage villas early Saturday morning. With Hilton was boyfriend Benji Madden, sister Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg.
