'HEROES' STAR ADRIAN PASDAR ARRESTED ON DUI CHARGE
"Heroes" actor Adrian Pasdar was arrested for DUI in Los Angeles after he was clocked going 90 miles per hour and swerving all over a freeway.
Cops said they smelled alcohol on Pasdar and gave him a field sobriety test. He then refused a breathalyzer and was arrested for DUI.
Pasdar played Senator Nathan Petrelli on “Heroes”.... and is the husband of Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines.
The wife had an emotional morning.

Police said that 48 year old Susan was "very distressed" to find someone in her home and they are looking for the suspect.
Susan walked out of her home and gave the media a thumbs up before saying: "I'm fine. It's in the hands of the police now."

Just days after having a meal with John Mayer in Nashville, Tennessee, Taylor Swift showed up to support John at a taping of CMT's Crossroads special with Keith Urban.
Taylor and her mom were in the fifth row and were seen dancing and singing along.

LAWYER SAYS: CHARLIE SHEEN'S WIFE IS "IS NOT IN REHAB" ... STEPDAD RESPONDSCharlie Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, has not checked into a treatment center.
“Entertainment Tonight” had reported that Mueller was in a drug and alcohol center in North Carolina and RadarOnline said she was smoking crack before going to rehab.
But the lawyer for Charlie Sheen’s wife says she is in a wellness program and not rehab. And that she is in North Carolina getting some R&R with her mom per doctor’s orders.
STEPDAD SPEAKS
Brooke Mueller's stepfather confirmed that she is in a treatment center, saying "she is recognizing that she needs help and she can't do it on her own."
Jon Fiore told RadarOnline.com that his stepdaughter Brooke is receiving treatment at Two Dreams Outer Banks in North Carolina.
He said, "She is there. But it's a recovery place, and it is in a resort setting and the picture I'd like to paint more is that she's seeking help she wants to, she's dealing with this.
"This is a lot to deal with and I commend her for finally, you know, she couldn't go back to the house, what is she going to do? With all the problems and the stress? She's getting help and her mother is with her.
"I commend her for that. The positiveness of this is that she is recognizing that she needs help and she can't do it on her own."
Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack is planning to sue Warner Brothers for her 'wrongful death'.
Two weeks before she died, the studio fired her from the sequel to the animated smash Happy Feet.
Her hubby says, "She was devastated.. They killed her."
Murphy's cause of death hasn't been released by the L.A. coroner's office -- but Monjack and the actress' mother, Sharon Murphy, believe that she suffered a heart attack as a direct result of her cancelled contract.
Monjack says, “I am tough. I litigate when somebody does something wrong to me. That's one of the reasons I make enemies."
He acknowledges that his marriage to Murphy surprised many. Monjack said, “I was never the right guy to marry Brittany. She was supposed to marry a young dashing star with a million-dollar smile. She wasn't supposed to end up with a balding, heavy guy who doesn't play by their rules."
He wants the world to know, he wasn't a freeloader. Monjack said, "I spent over a million on her engagement rings...And probably $3 million on clothes.
