LA TOYA JACKSON: "MICHAEL WAS MURDERED"

La Toya Jackson says she believes her brother Michael was murdered.

She says that he was killed by a conspiracy of people who got him hooked on drugs. She adds that he was surrounded by a bad circle who took advantage of him.

And she blames this "shadowy entourage" for supplying him with prescription drugs. La Toya also confirmed that Michael had needle marks on his arms and neck when he died.

Reality star Jon Gosselin was spotted holding hands with his new young girlfriend Hailey Glassman in St. Tropez, France.

The two are in France because Jon has a meeting with Christian Audigier, one of the bigwigs of the Ed Hardy clothing line. He's trying to help his new gal get in the business.

The 22-year-old wants to launch her own line of shoes and sandals.

Ironic, or not: Hailey is the daughter of Kate Gosselin’s doctor Lawrence Glassman, who performed Kate’s tummy tuck.

RACHAEL RAY GOES UNDER THE KNIFE

Rachael Ray had surgery to correct the trouble she's been having with her vocal cords since last year.

Her rep says, "Rachael decided to have a benign cyst removed from her vocal cord. According to Rachael's doctors the minor, non-invasive procedure was a success and she is already resting at home."

The TV chef and talk show host had previously scheduled surgery to remove the cyst and then cancelled the procedure and instead began intensive vocal therapy.

Now, "the hardest part for Rachael is going to be giving her voice a rest for the next week or so".
