Lauren Conrad says, ignore the rumors, she will not be returning to 'The Hills.'
Lauren has been working out of a contract and has realized that she's like to work on other things.
Her rep told Usmagazine.com that the actress will be focusing on her clothing line and her books.
She also has no plans on retutning to 'The Hills.'
OCTOMOM SUED BY THE ALWAYS-FUN GLORIA ALLRED
Octomom Nadya Suleman is being sued by feminist attorney Gloria Allred because Allred wants to protect the octuplets.
Allred says there is a California state child labor law that relates to the entertainment industry and the Reality TV bits that Suleman has done and is planning to do to make money.
Allred said that the suit only covers the octuplets, but she is concerned for Suleman's other children too.
Just last week, police and child welfare officials visited Suleman's home in La Habra, California to question her about bite marks and a black eye on her 4-year-old autistic son.
MADONNA ADOPTION CASE GOES ON...EVEN THOUGH THE GIRL'S DAD WANTS TO STOP THE ADOPTIONMalawi's highest court heard arguments on Madonna trying to adopt a 3-year-old girl there.
The hearing went on, even as a man who claims to be Mercy James' father is trying to stop Madonna from adopting the girl.
Madonna wasn't at the hearing. The judges didn't set a date for the next session in the case, which is when they'll make a decision.
Madonna is fighting a court's decision that she can't adopt Mercy because she had not been screened by Malawi authorities.

Even though there are reports that she reunited with her teenage love, Rihanna allegedly spent this past weekend in Beverly Hills, California with Los Angeles Laker star Andrew Bynum.
A source told the UK's Daily Mirror: "Rihanna considers herself a single lady and is simply having fun. She's a woman in demand."

The MTV Movie Awards nominations are in, with Twilight and Slumdog Millionaire nabbing the most chances for golden popcorn trophies, including best picture.
Twilight garnered seven nominations while Academy Award best picture winner Slumdog Millionaire took six. Each film's leading man, Robert Pattison and Dev Patel, respectively, are up for male breakthrough of the year.
Best kiss nominees include High School Musical 3 and real-life sweeties Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, Slumdog's Freida Pinto and Patel (also reportedly dating), Twilight's Kristin Stewart and Pattinson, and Sean Penn and James Franco, who co-starred in Milk.
Fans can vote for their favorites online at movieawards.mtv.com through May 27 for all categories except best movie. Voting in that category will remain open until May 31, when the show, hosted by Saturday Night Live star Andy Samberg airs live from Universal City, Calif.
