He moved to L.A. to be near her. Yet, last Tuesday, she hooked up with a Las Vegas media magnate (Justin Weneger) at Blush in the Wynn.
A source tells the NY Post, "Matt has no idea. She hasn't dumped him yet."

Judge Gives Lindsay Lohan A Gold Star
A Los Angeles judge told 22-year-old Lindsay Lohan's attorney that the actress has been meeting the obligations required, as part of her probation from 2007's double-DUI debacle.
At a status hearing, her lawyer (Blair Berk) told an L.A. Superior Court Judge that Lindsay was "completely on track with everything" concerning her plea deal last year on five misdemeanor counts.
Lohan was sentenced last August to 3 years' probation and ordered to perform 10 days of community service, complete drug treatment and attend an 18-month alcohol-education program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to two counts of driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent and a single count of reckless driving.
She also spent 84 minutes in jail out of a mandated 24 hours.
Someone tried to serve Lindsay Lohan with legal papers, on the set of her new movie.
The legal server faked being a paparazzo and threw the papers at her. One of Lindsay's rep tells TMZ the service was not legal. Quoting a source, "She refused to take the papers, and they fell to the ground. She pulled her arm away, and her bodyguard grabbed the subpoena server's arm."
The case involves Lindsay's girlfriend Samantha Ronson's and the law firm that repped her in a defamation case against gossip blogger Perez Hilton. She claims the firm overcharged her.

Katy Perry mentioned the girl she'd most like to kiss. She said: "Miley Cyrus! She's the lucky girl. It's cool to hear through the grapevine that Miley Cyrus has my song as her ring tone."
Katy Perry will attend August's Teen Choice Awards, which Miley is hosting. Katy said: "Maybe we'll have another Britney-Madonna moment on stage. How hilarious would that be? Although I don't think it would help her career. However, it would definitely help mine!"
